I have been riding my 2001 Rans Rocket with the Pantour front suspension for about 200 miles now. I works just as advertised. 

I am very happy with the quality and function of this product. The bike seems much smoother now with the suspension. I have to ride a short distance on a dirt road during my daily ride. The ride on the dirt used to be unpleasant and unstable. (sometimes I had to walk it). I am amazed what a difference ½ inch of suspension makes. Now I just ride on through, no problem. Don't get me wrong, this isn't off road suspension, it just seems to give me more control. 

The only complaint I have is that now I notice the bumps from the rear wheel more  :-) . I am going to be one of the first to buy the rear Pantour suspension hub when it is available. The installation was easy with no problem with brake setup. Brakes work just like they did with the stock wheel. 

My set up is the Pantour Hub with the 20" (406mm) Bontrager Maverick wheel, 28 spokes. Primo Comet  20" x  1.75' tires. The Rans Rocket is a short wheel base recumbent and is completely stock except for pedals and the Pantour suspension wheel. I weigh 203 pounds.
